This is a quilt I made this fall using a panel and some coordinating fabric I purchased from Swifty Stitches when it was still open. I call it Steam Punk I. Steam Punk I because I purchased another Steam Punk panel while I was in process of making this one and that quilt will be called Steam Punk II whenever I actually make it.
I made up the pattern myself as I had only so much coordinating fabric. Afterwards I went to Cali Quilts and purchase an orange Minky fabric for the backing. I hung it on my wall during October of this year. Then my son and his family came to see us shortly after I took it down and I gave them the quilt. They loved it. I think they loved the soft Minky fabric more than the quilt itself.
Picture was taken before I quilted it. I failed to take another picture of it after I quilted it. Shoot!
